Shopatron Client Sales Grow 17% or More in 2012
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif., Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Shopatron announced today that its branded manufacturer clients enjoyed an average 17% increase in year-over-year, same-store sales for 2012. Yet many industries partnering with the retail-integrated eCommerce platform significantly outpaced this average, including:
- Car audio brands increased same-store sales by 218%
- Golf brands increased same-store sales by 68%
- Running brands increased same-store sales by 50%
- Consumer electronics brands increased same-store sales by 47%
Additionally, while the average same-store sales for U.S. brick-and-mortar retail stores increased by only 0.7% for the week ending Dec. 22, 2012, Shopatron clients in the U.S. saw a 24% year-over-year increase in same-store sales during that week. And Shopatron clients in the U.K. saw an even more impressive 45% year-over-year same-store sales increase.
