Shriners Hospitals for Children Open to Introduce the First Public Pools Ever Featured on the PGA TOUR

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2014 edition of Shriners Hospitals for Children Open will have a new look and feel with several fan enhancements throughout the event, including the first public pools to ever be featured on the PGA TOUR in the Zappos.com Fan Experience.

"We wanted to really take a page from the energy in Las Vegas and elevate the fans' experiences inside our tournament," said Adam Sperling, tournament director. "There will be a total of six pools throughout the course to provide an entirely new opportunity to view the game of golf. It was only fitting that the Las Vegas tournament be the first to introduce this, and we'll present many more exciting offerings throughout the event to keep our audience captivated and entertained."

The Zappos.com Fan Experience will be located between the 17^th and 18^th holes at TPC Summerlin. It will include two swimming pools as well as a nine-hole putt putt course. The area will be free to the public and offer an amazing vantage point to catch all the action of the tournament play.

With four private cabanas available for purchase, Hyde on The Hill will offer an extravagant daylife experience that continues long after the sun sets, complete with DJs, exclusive food and beverage menus featuring Hyde's signature craft cocktails and VIP service provided by the nightclub's dedicated servers. On the tournament's final day, Hyde on The Hill will channel the energy and atmosphere of the XIV Vegas Sessions parties the nightclub is known for, decking out the area in neon decor and costumes and providing the hottest house beats.
