Thompson also came to Shula's from Spectra Food Services & Hospitality, where she served as Director of Marketing, overseeing the company's corporate marketing strategy as well as the marketing support for all 140 client facilities. During her tenure, she helped the company achieve growth goals as well as to create a consistent brand identity.
