Shutterstock Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
NEW YORK, May 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Shutterstock, Inc., a global marketplace for imagery, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
The bookrunning managers of the proposed transaction will be Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities and Jefferies. RBC Capital Markets, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel and William Blair will be acting as co-managers.
