ST. LOUIS, Feb. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Directors increased the Company's quarterly cash dividend by 11.1% to $0.20 per share. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2012.
