Signature Office REIT Announces Full Building Lease in Irving, Texas
ATLANTA, Jan. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Signature Office REIT, Inc. ("Signature"), based in Norcross, Georgia, today announced the signing of a 10-year lease with NEC Corporation of America (NEC) to become the new tenant at its 119,611-square foot Royal Ridge V building located at 3929 W. John Carpenter Freeway in Irving, Texas. Commencing on December 1, 2015, NEC will relocate its U.S. headquarters to Royal Ridge V.
NEC is a leading technology integrator of advanced IT and communications solutions, including, IT, communications, managed services and biometrics solutions. NEC's mission is to provide Solutions for Society that contribute to the safety, security and efficiency of society.
