Sitel Hiring 270 at Albuquerque Customer Experience Center Business Performance Leads to New Job Opportunities for the Albuquerque Community

This includes 150 regular positions, including supervisor opportunities, at its customer contact center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The growth is due to expanded opportunities with a global satellite TV client, which awarded Sitel additional business for exceptional service. Sitel will also hire 120 seasonal employees in addition to the permanent hires. The new Albuquerque associates will provide inbound customer care and sales support.
