SK Broadband, one of the main IPTV providers in Korea, has selected Allegro DVT's solution to provide their 2.5 million subscribers with two new mosaic TV channels.

Xein, an Allegro DVT partner in Korea, has participated in this opportunity to provide this equipment to SK Broadband.
ALMosaic is a live mosaic generator, capable of handling up to 20 HD inputs and providing an HD mosaic output page. In this case, two ALMosaic servers are being used to generate HD mosaic pages with Dolby audio services. The deployed system benefits from Allegro DVT's advanced system and network redundancy features.
SK Broadband's subscribers can now browse among 20 HD services on 2 mosaic TV channels and from there select what service to view in full screen. That brings undeniable added value to SK Broadband's IPTV offering.
