(OTCBB: ISIZF) to purchase an initial order of 400 Interactive Marketing Solution ("IMS") 3.1 licenses and iSIGN Transceivers and upto 2500 over 15month period for integration with the company's proprietary payment gateway solution Velocitymoney.com to deliver digital media to mobile users in retail locations across North America strengthening its position in the Prepaid Debit card market.
