NEW YORK, Jan. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Snaps, the first end-to-end marketing platform for mobile messaging, launched its latest tool for brand marketers: Conversations. Available as the latest addition to the Snaps Marketing Platform, Conversations is a web app built to support brands looking to drive deeper interactions with consumers in mobile messaging apps.
With Conversations, Snaps' platform customers can now engage directly with their audiences through the Snaps Dashboard. In addition to standard chat features, Snaps offers the ability to automate responses, and share branded emojis, stickers, GIFs and videos from the dashboard to consumers in mobile messaging apps.
The current Conversations release supports Facebook Messenger, giving brands access to their audiences and Messengers' 800mm MAUs. Snaps plans to integrate the Conversations product with Kik, Tango and additional mobile messaging apps in the coming quarter. Additionally, new marketing tools will be made available in the Conversations product on a rolling basis.
