SNOHOMISH, Wash., May 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Snoqualmie Ice Cream is excited to announce the launch of their three new flavors: French Toast Biscotti, Chocolate Brownie Crunch and Salted Caramel. All three are frozen custard-style and contain 14% butterfat and less than 20% overrun.
Snoqualmie Ice Cream's new flavors are made with milk, cream and eggs from the Pacific Northwest, non-GMO cane sugar and GMO-free variegates and inclusions that were made custom for these flavors. The new pints are vat-pasteurized, slow cooked, and crafted in small batches with extra cream and very little air, resulting in the creamiest ice cream on the market.
- French Toast Biscotti: Maple French toast frozen custard with crispy biscotti bites.
- Salted Caramel: Sweet and salty caramel sauce rippled through creamy salted caramel frozen custard.
- Chocolate Brownie Crunch: Belgian chocolate frozen custard with swirls of brownie batter, chewy fudge brownies and crispy chocolate-coated cereal pearls.
Snoqualmie Ice Cream's three new flavors will be sold at most conventional, natural and specialty retailers in the Pacific Northwest and will ship nationally through Amazon and Goldbely beginning in May 2017. Snoqualmie Ice Cream pints are $4.99 at most stores.
