It's created using a process in which coarse-ground beans are soaked in cool water for 12 hours or more, resulting in a smooth, deeply flavorful brew with lower acidity. Binghamton University is the first Sodexo client to use a tap system to dispense cold brew coffee, embracing a new industry trend that is currently outselling iced coffee on campus."
Taking the cue from their customers, the Jazzmans team worked with its coffee roaster to elevate its brewed coffee roast profiles in response to requests for enhanced roasts with distinct personalities.
