SoftEd Group makes executive appointment in the U.S.

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Software Education (SoftEd) are pleased to announce the appointment of Betsy Kauffman as Vice President of Software Education USA, LLC.

Ms Kauffman is the co-founder and principal of Agile Pi Inc.  She brings to the role extensive experience in the information technology sector in senior management and consultancy roles, working for fortune 500 organizations such as Duke Energy, United Healthcare Group, Sony, LPL Financial, GEHA, Bank of America, Manulife and Fidelity.

With over 20 years of experience, Ms Kauffman has held various roles working as a business analyst, project manager, program manager, scrum master, release train engineer, and agile and leadership coach across several sectors including energy, healthcare, retail, entertainment and financial services.

Ms Kauffman has a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University. She is an Agile Certified Practitioner; a SAFe Program Consultant; a Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation; a Certified Professional in Agile Coaching; a Certified Professional in Agile Project Management; a Certified Professional in Business Value Analysis; a Certified Scrum Master; a Professional Scrum Master; and a Project Manager Professional.

Ms Kauffman commenced the role on September 1 and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
