PHOENIX, Jan. 31, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Solera Health, a leading integrated community network, added Fit for Service Wellness in Plano, Texas to its national network of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)-recognized diabetes prevention program (DPP) providers.

Eighty-six million American adults are living with prediabetes and 90 percent of them are unaware they are at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
