Parker brings 25 years of financial management experience in multiple healthcare segments, having most recently served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of the respiratory division of Apria Healthcare, a 10,000-employee, home respiratory and medical equipment provider with revenues in excess of $1.2 billion. Prior to Apria, she led acquisition integration as a member of PacifiCare's corporate development team, served as CFO of a medical management organization and a healthcare technology company, and was Vice President of Finance for a utilization management company. She began her career at KPMG and is a certified public accountant.

Parker holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
