Source Capital Group Advises Stevia One on Closing of $65 Million In Financing Commitments
NEW YORK, Feb. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Stevia One Perú SAC ("Stevia One" or the "Company"), the first truly vertically integrated player for the production of stevia leaf and extraction of steviol glycosides, announced that it has closed on financing commitments totaling $65 million through a combination of equity and debt.

The capital raised will be used to construct an extraction and refinery facility in Peru and invest further in the Company's agricultural assets through the expansion of its 660 hectare plantation in the country. Both the $45 million senior term debt facility and the $20 million equity placement were funded by European-based private investment funds.
