South African-Based MMI Holdings Selects MetricStream's Integrated Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Solution

LONDON, Nov. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- South African-based MMI Holdings, one of the largest insurance-based financial services groups listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, has selected MetricStream to provide an integrated and enterprise-wide GRC solution. The solution will strengthen MMI Holdings' Combined Assurance Framework by integrating assurance activities across the company, optimizing control efficiencies, and providing a holistic view of key operational and compliance risks.

The integrated GRC solution will enable MMI Holdings to align their assurance activities, and also determine the level and type of assurance required from each of the three lines of defense.
