Southwest Florida Wine Fest Announces 2016 Title Sponsor - Pitbladdo Holdings
FORT MYERS, Fla., May 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Hot on the heels of the resounding success of the 2015 Wine Fest, the team at Southwest Florida Children's Charities have wasted no time in the effort to line up an array sponsors for next year's event. They have announced that Pitbladdo Holdings LLC will be the Title Sponsor of the 2016 Southwest Florida Wine and Food Festival. According to Vicki Pitbladdo, "Richard and I are proud to continue our community support. It gives added meaning to our work, and energizes us to achieve even higher goals for our businesses."
The festival has already raised over $10 million for the new Golisano Children's Hospital building, now under construction, and also supports other charitable ventures for the children of Southwest Florida. The goal of building the hospital is not only to provide quality care, but to ensure that sick children of Southwest Florida do not have to be separated from their working families by being moved to Tampa Bay or Miami as their needs escalate.
"This latest sponsorship represents a continuation of our personal and business support of this great community effort," said Richard Pitbladdo (Pitbladdo Holdings is the principal owner of 2015 Title Sponsor, Fort Myers-based LTC Global). "Every year the bar is set higher, and somehow everyone pulls together to set a new fundraising record. It's inspiring to Vicki and me, and inspiring to our employees as well."
SWFL Children's Charities President Elaine Hawkins said, "The Pitbladdo Holdings commitment epitomizes the bigheartedness and dedication of so many people who support the Wine & Food Fest. Their corporate contributions are significant, and their ideas, energy and time help shape the event and are critical to our ongoing success."
