CANNES, France, May 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Boonie Publishing LLC is proud to announce that its first full-length feature film, Space Girls in Beverly Hills, will screen at the Cannes Film Festival in the Palais on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 1:30 p.m.
Media and press are invited to attend the screening and the press conference being held on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at 12 noon at the India Pavilion.
Several of the film's stars and cast members, including Brittan Taylor and Donna Spangler, will be present in Cannes to support the film during its international premiere. Cast members will arrive and be available for interviews from May 19-24.
About Space Girls in Beverly Hills
The campy, sci-fi comedy follows three space girls from the planet Vanisia on a mission to locate males to help repopulate their planet. The girls' mission is disrupted when they make an emergency landing and crash into the backyard of Beverly Hills playboy, Baron Von Benson. Baron's and his buddy Steve's lives are turned upside down and totally transformed by the three out-of-this-galaxy girls.
Written and produced by Donna Spangler, Space Girls in Beverly Hills won several awards in 2009, including Best Camp Feature Film at the New York International Film Festival and Best Sci-Fi Feature at NYIFF in Los Angeles.
