Sparks Grove Participates in Fourth-Annual Spring First Community Service Project
Local Experience Design Agency Volunteers with Trees Atlanta
ATLANTA, March 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Experience design agency Sparks Grove, part of management consultancy North Highland, will once again join up with local non-profit Trees Atlanta to support the Fourth Annual Spring First Community Service Event taking place on Friday, March 24. Sparks Grove employees and members of the Clarkston International Bible Church will plant trees between 1:00pm-4:00pm ET at 3895 Church Street.
"Sparks Grove's core organizational values include, among others, supporting economic empowerment in our communities through philanthropic service. We are thrilled to have an opportunity to work with Trees Atlanta for the fourth year in a row," said Elizabeth Searcy, Global Head of Sparks Grove. "Clarkston is a primary U.S. locations for refugee resettlement and offers job training and literacy programs, along with other tools which support economic self-sufficiency. By beautifying this particular neighborhood, we aim to help instill pride for local residents and new arrivals, and demonstrate our design experience expertise in a natural setting."
Tree planting in Clarkston is part of Sparks Grove's contribution to North Highland's upcoming Day of Giving Back. To help celebrate the firm's 25th anniversary, the company is supporting 25 days of community service projects across all markets in which it operates.
