CHARLOTTE, Mich., Nov. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Spartan Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAR)("Spartan" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock.
The Charlotte, Michigan-based manufacturer of custom chassis, emergency response and delivery and service vehicles reported its semi-annual dividend will be payable on December 17, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 12, 2015.
