Junior Achievement program helps students learn about the world of work
HOUSTON, Feb. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, February 28, more than 500 high school students from 20 different school groups will have the opportunity to "practice sports management" courtesy of Spectra Energy. From pre-game to post-game at Toyota Center, a unique program called JA Job Shadow will offer students an up-close look at a day-in-the life of professional sports administration by shadowing adult mentors from the Houston Rockets organization who will teach them about the world of work.
