Richard brings a modern approach to sales and most recently served as the Global Head of Merchandising for footwear at Puma, overseeing global product line management and over $1.1 billion in footwear sales annually. Prior to his time at Puma, he built, reorganized and led national sales and merchandising teams at Timberland and Reebok, exceeding sales and profitability objectives. He has a strong background building and implementing product and distribution strategies to exceed profitable revenue objectives.
Richard will be a key member of the executive team and will report directly to McCarthy. In his role as Vice President of Regional Sales for ASICS America, he will oversee sales for the brands largest region, which encompasses the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
