Sprague Resources LP Declares Increased Cash Distribution for the Second Quarter of 2014
PORTSMOUTH, N.H., July 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sprague Resources LP ("Sprague") (NYSE: SRLP) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner, Sprague Resources GP LLC, has declared a cash distribution of $0.4275 per unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, representing a 3.6% increase over the distribution declared for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. The distribution will be paid on August 14, 2014 to unitholders of record as of the close of business August 8, 2014.
