SPX Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SPX Corporation (NYSE: SPW) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per common share payable on April 3, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 14, 2012.
