She leads significant organizational change transitions for small to mid-sized companies and is currently the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Groom Energy Solutions. A Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, Kevin Bligh is Executive Vice President and CFO at Jerome's Furniture, a retailer with 21 locations in Southern California. This is his second appointment to the Advisory Board. He has been an independent financial and accounting consultant to several publicly-traded and privately-held companies, as well as General Manager, Senior Manager, and CFO to several technology firms.
