BOSTON, March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE:STAG), a company focused on the acquisition, ownership, and management of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States, today announced its acquisition and leasing activity for February 2014.
- Acquisitions
In February, the Company acquired two warehouse and distribution facilities containing a total of 659,210 square feet for approximately $23.9 million. These properties are located in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and Nashua, New Hampshire. The properties are 100% leased with a weighted average lease term remaining of 5 years.
- Leasing
The Company also announced that it has signed more than 770,000 square feet of leases year to date. This leasing activity consists of four renewals for a total of 664,928 square feet and three new and expansion leases for a total of 105,400 square feet.
