BOSTON, April 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: STAG), a company focused on the acquisition, ownership, and management of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States, today announced that, under its "At the Market" stock offering program (ATM), the Company issued an aggregate of approximately 3.4 million shares of common stock during the first quarter of 2014, receiving gross proceeds of approximately $77.6 million. The Company used the net proceeds of the ATM to fund acquisitions, to repay indebtedness, including amounts outstanding under its unsecured corporate revolving credit facility, and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
