Gary received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School in 1983, and B.A. from Cornell University in 1980.

Bruce Vanyek has extensive experience with entity formation, maintenance and management as well as preparing and filing of profit corporation, not for profit corporation, limited partnership, general partnership and limited liability company documents for entities throughout the United States.  Bruce received his BA from Loyola University (Magna Cum Laude) in 1984, his Masters from University of Illinois – Chicago in 1990 and completed the Lawyer's Assistant Program from Roosevelt University in 1995.
