BERLIN, May 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Bernhard Fritsch, California-based tech guru and founder and CEO of STARCLUB, Inc., the world's leading "influencer marketing" technology company, has jointly announced with European Advertising Icon Verona Pooth that the two have completed meetings in Berlin with their respective business teams. The focus of their talks, which included intellectual contributions from other of the most important tech and media leaders in Germany and the US, was planning for the rapid expansion of "unparalleled influencer" marketing strategies and related technologies about to launch in the EC.
"It was my pleasure to accompany Verona to the Rosenball on April 30, and to join in the incredibly important cause of helping children in need," said Fritsch. "The spirit of that important event, to which Verona, the Mohn family, and Bertelsmann were kind enough to invite StarClub, set the stage for the very intense, productive and forward-looking talks that followed." The Rosenball, he added, successfully raised a record 430,000 Euros for pediatric stroke prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. "We are so happy to have contributed in a small way to this tremendous success."
Fritsch and Verona characterized their discussions in Berlin as a "think-tank opportunity" concerning how to facilitate the expansion of a sustainable social media eco-system that allows media influencers, content creators, and technologists to work together in building a system that fairly benefits everyone in the value chain, including consumers. "StarClub intends to continue leading this movement," asserted Fritsch, "through dynamic partnerships with leading media and advertising experts in the EC, one of the most important of whom is Verona."
The two intend shortly to formally announce more about Verona's upcoming collaboration with StarClub. "Over the past weeks since our initial conversations," said Verona, "the ideas have been flying back and forth concerning how to better shape social media into the pro-consumer, pro-artist, pro-influencer and pro-brand phenomenon we know it can be. It is an incredibly exciting time, because we recognize what a powerful and positive effect this is going to have on so many people, companies and charities with StarClub's innovative leadership."
Under Fritsch's guidance, StarClub is working to set fair international standards in the influencer marketplace. "We helped establish the Silicon Beach community," he said, "to forge a new set of standards that benefits everyone participating in social media. That is our new wave, the one we intend to ride into a new tech world with a refreshed focus on innovation, prosperity and fairness for all."
StarClub's unique approach to re-formulating the social media ecosystem emphasizes the placement of the content creator and the influencer front and center. "Our belief is that to be successful in the future, a technology company in this space needs to recognize the crucial, primary importance of content and the people who create and popularize it," he said. Eventually, Fritsch believes, the best companies will transform into media content producers which embrace enabling technologies, with an understanding that they need to support the continued creation of great consumer content in order to sustain growth. "In order to do that," Fritsch continued, "we need to give influencers and creators the proper support and the technological tools to guide them in establishing viable businesses, and to help design compensation models that are sustainable for everyone on a long-term basis. That is what we are expeditiously working towards, as we reach out for new partners and allies in the creative community, the tech sector, and the consumer marketplace."
As part of the expanding STARCLUB Network, Fritsch plans to launch additional products and initiatives, including STARSITE ® PRO, an online and mobile tool with a strong data backend platform that services talent and talent agencies, STARCLUB VENTURES (SCV), an early stage investor vehicle for influencer marketing startups, and STARSITE ® MARKETPLACE, a mobile access platform catering to brands and talent.
"The opportunity to work with innovators in improving a global system of this importance to creators, influencers, and consumers" concluded Verona, "is something that every person in media dreams of. I am looking forward to helping StarClub to lead the social media world, and all the enormously talented people in it, in establishing a better, fairer, and more economically sustainable community." Stay tuned. According to Fritsch, "there is much more to come."
