StarDyne Technologies Acquires USTI

KELOWNA, British Columbia, July 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- StarDyne Technologies Inc. ("StarDyne") today announced that it has acquired United Systems Technology Inc. ("USTI"), a provider of software solutions to local governments. USTI was founded in 1978 and is headquartered near Dallas, Texas.

This acquisition expands StarDyne's market presence, providing local government software and services. USTI provides solutions to 850 customers in North America and provides StarDyne with a significant US presence to support its growth in this marketplace.

USTI's software solutions include accounting, utility billing, payroll, public safety, property tax, municipal court, building permits, code enforcement, business license and animal license software. Through ongoing investment and product development, USTI is well positioned to continue providing its customers with the comprehensive software systems they need to manage their operations. Launched in 2012, asyst^OL is a cost effective cloud-based suite of software-as-a-service (SAAS) applications designed for local government.
