State Farm and Habitat for Humanity continue partnership in 2016
ATLANTA, Aug. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- State Farm® today announced it will continue to support Habitat for Humanity in the organization's work to help families achieve strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable housing. The funding will support youth working with Habitat in communities across the country.

State Farm's gift will help fund new home construction, neighborhood revitalization efforts and disaster recovery projects led by various youth groups including Habitat chapters on high school and college campuses.

State Farm has supported Habitat since 1994 and has served as the primary national corporate sponsor of Habitat's youth initiatives since 2007.
Most recently, along with providing funding to engage youth across the country in Habitat's work, State Farm fully sponsored and built a home in Dallas, marking the first major volunteer effort by its employees in the region. Joined by high school area students, employees from the newly opened regional hub helped build the home over 10 weeks.
