Statement by FMCS Director George H. Cohen on Mediation between the State of Rhode Island and Public-Sector Unions and Retirees
WASHINGTON, Dec. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- "Rhode Island Superior Court Associate Justice Sarah Taft-Carter has ordered and the parties have agreed to mediation under the auspices of FMCS.
