Introduced to the marketplace approximately eight years ago, these high-quality, semi-sparkling wines are made from some of the finest grapes found in the rich vineyards of Northern Italy. Unlike the typical "celebratory" sparkling wines that are artificially-infused with bubbles after the wine-making process, Stella Rosa wines are naturally carbonated, resulting in finer bubbles and lower alcohol content, and made to be enjoyed every day.
A Los Angeles-based bartender known for his delicious and unique creations recently discovered a whole new side of Stella – as an ideal cocktail mixer. Below are two samples of his one-of-a-kind, delectable concoctions. Mix these easy-to-make cocktail recipes at home or take them to your favorite restaurants and bars and request them as the "just right" complement to any meal, celebration or on their own.

Rosso, a red wine derived from Brachetto grapes grown in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy, was the first Stella Rosa wine introduced approximately eight years ago. Due to an overwhelming demand from consumers, the wine category has grown to include Stella Rosa Bianco, Stella Rosa Imperiale Orange Moscato, Stella Rosa Imperiale Moscato Rose, Stella Rosa Imperiale Brachetto D'Acqui DOCG, Stella Rosa Imperiale Moscato and Moscato D'Asti DOCG.
Despite the high-quality ingredients and the fact that the wines are not mass-produced, the retail price for Stella Rosa red and white wines is in the affordable $9-$10 per bottle range. The Moscato group retails for $16-$20.
