SterlingRisk Hires Daniel Silver To Lead Marketing Communications Initiatives
WOODBURY, N.Y., Dec. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SterlingRisk, formerly Sterling & Sterling, has been in the insurance market in New York for over 80 years. The company recently changed its name to SterlingRisk and brought on Daniel Silver as Vice President of Marketing.
Mr. Silver brings over ten years of marketing experience and will work with SterlingRisk on its strategy, branding initiatives and promotions. "Dan will help us to explore different channels to reach our audience, will be involved in capturing key data points about clients & prospects and will help us to define metrics through which we can start to track and measure the effectiveness of our promotions," stated Leslie Nylund, President of SterlingRisk.
Mr. Silver has headed up marketing departments across several companies within the Jan/San & Office Supply, Architectural & Design and Insurance industries. Previous employers include Paradigm Marketing Consortium Inc. and MechoShade Systems, now known as MechoSystems, an international manufacturer of window-shading systems. Most recently Mr. Silver was in charge of Marketing Communications for Distinguished Programs, a national program administrator headquartered in New York City.
