STL Marketing Group, Inc. Enters into a Binding Letter of Intent with Camposagrado, Inc.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Nov. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- STL Marketing Group, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC: STLK) has signed a binding Letter of Intent with Camposagrado, Inc. ("Camposagrado"), the inventor of a hotel communications systems application or "App" under the trademark "F3TCH". Camposagrado has filed for patent on this technology with the US Patent & Trademark Office, U.S. Pat. Application No. 14/877,595. Under the terms of the binding Letter of Intent, STLK will license, on an exclusive basis, Camposagrado's App to the hospitality industry worldwide.
