Strategic Environmental & Energy Resources, Inc. Announces Award of $400,000 H2SPlus™ System for use at California Landfill Site

GOLDEN, Colo., March 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Strategic Environmental & Energy Resources, Inc. ("SEER") (OTC:SENR) announced today that MV Technologies ("MV"), a wholly owned subsidiary of SEER has been awarded a new order to supply a  proprietary H2SPlus™ System in a landfill gas management application in California.  The order has an initial value of more than $400,000 and creates ongoing revenue for MV as the media needs to be replaced. 

The H2SPlus™ System, with operating pressure of 10psi, will serve through a blended treatment approach to reduce the landfill gas H2S concentrations to below 150 parts per million, in order to meet California emission control limits. The system is designed to accommodate expected future increases in H2S at this site.

John Jenkins, President of MV said, "We have several other MV solution installations in California for agricultural and industrial biogas treatment and emission control, but this is our first order for a landfill gas management application in the state. Gas generated in California landfill sites is not usually high in H2S concentrations.  The air emission control limits now in effect, however, are some of the most stringent in the U.S.   Our H2SPlus™ systems have demonstrated their unique ability to meet extreme demands for certain and sustained H2S outlet conditions and we expect that this will to continue to serve us well in addressing the specific regulatory demands in the California market."
