McIntyre, currently senior vice president, Research & Development, Global Snacks, PepsiCo, has held a variety of roles within the organization, including senior vice president, Global Beverages and senior vice president, Technology and Innovation. Previously, he was chief scientist at Monsanto Protein Technologies.
