Stream Realty Partners, L.P. Completes Sale of 15490 Vickery Drive on Behalf of AMB Property Corporation(R) (NYSE: AMB)

HOUSTON, April 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stream Realty Partners, L.P. announced the sale of 15490 Vickery Drive, a 66,000 square foot industrial building, to SDV International Logistics, which specializes in international freight forwarding, transportation and logistics.  The facility was vacant at the time of the sale.

Kyle Valentine and Justin Robinson of Stream Realty Partners, L.P. represented the seller, AMB Property Corporation®, which is based in San Francisco, California. Caleb Lawson of The Lawson Group represented the buyer, SDV International Logistics, which is based in France.

"Its location in the heart of World Houston as well as its specialized amenities including 15,000 square feet of office area and the existing on site lay down yard made this building very appealing to a number of users in the market," said Valentine.
