Strip House Grill Open Exclusively For Lunch During Restaurant Week, Monday Through Friday Strip House Grill Debuts $24.07 Lunch Tasting Menu
NEW YORK, July 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Strip House, which opened its doors for lunch for the first time during Winter Restaurant Week 2012, will open its new adjoining Grill at 11 East 12th Street, for lunch exclusively for NYC & Co.'s Summer Restaurant Week, starting Monday, July 16th.
Corporate Executive Chef John Schenk and Executive Chef Michael Vignola have collaborated on a $24.07 prix fix menu that includes signature Strip House items with seasonal twists, like Sliced Filet Mignon and Beefsteak Tomato Salad with stilton cheese and house steaksauce, Crispy Soft Shell Crabs with dill tartar sauce, and Peach Melba with sauteed raspberries and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Strip House Grill, which opened Spring 2012, is an annex to the original Greenwich Village Steakhouse, Strip House, acquired by BR Guest Hospitality in late 2011 and widely considered one of the best steakhouses in the country. Among its accolades, Strip House was named "one of New York's top steakhouses" by Zagat in 2012 and in 2011, and awarded four stars by Forbes in 2011 along with being named one of "New York's All-Star Eateries." Summer Restaurant Week 2012 will last twenty days — Monday, July 16th through Friday, August 10th — in celebration of NYC & Co.'s 20th Anniversary.
