Style Research Expands in Asia Pacific, Opens Offices in Australia and Japan

LONDON, Oct. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Style Research, the industry standard for factor-based equity analytics and portfolio communications, is investing further in Asia Pacific to enhance customer service to clients in the region and accelerate growth. In addition to opening offices in Melbourne and Tokyo, the firm has hired Jamie Spark as Managing Director for the region.

For over 20 years, Style Research has been creating and evolving style, risk and performance analytics for equity portfolios. With a client base of over 300 investment institutions in nearly 30 countries, including 16 of the world's top 25 asset managers, Style Research continues to expand its expertise on a global scale. 

The appointment of Spark, who has worked in the funds services industry for 27 years, with leadership positions at OneVue Fund Services, Citigroup, RBC, and several boutique service providers, signals the firm's growth plans in region. He will be based in the Melbourne office.

Style Research has also appointed CJ Zou as Client Relationship Manager, Asia Pacific. Zou will be based out of the Tokyo office.

The company's direct presence in Asia Pacific opens up several new opportunities for customers, including access to a range of expertise and skills available through a broader, dedicated client support team.
