Globalization – the system is fine-tuned to operate globally with multi-language, currency, time-zone and date/calendar support.
Localization – available for the first time in 10 countries – local business practices, country requirements and statutory reporting are now all captured and accounted for within the system. Employee Central will be localized to additional countries in 2013.
- Benefits and Time & Attendance - Pre-built Integration with Industry-Leading Solutions. Strategic partnerships expand the reach and richness of what Employee Central can deliver via a single integrated solution with Benefitfocus for benefits administration, and WorkForce Software for workforce management. Eliminating the need for multiple logins, these integrations bring a new level of agility to HR management by making Employee Central the one destination for access to all HR, employment, and benefits information.
