Succession Connection launches connection marketplace for succession planning

According to Cerulli Associates, 29% of financial advice professionals are between the ages of 55 and 64, with another 12% being older than 65. The CFP board of Standards Inc. says that there are more CFP's over the age of 70 than under the age of 30. This needs to change. We need younger advisors entering the business.
