Sullivan's Steakhouse Raises $125,000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.®
SOUTHLAKE, Texas, Dec. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark S. Mednansky, CEO of Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, is pleased to announce that Sullivan's Steakhouse has raised $125,000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF). Throughout the month of October, Sullivan's featured its "Pink Menu", a three-course prix fixe selection for $39.95. Five dollars was donated to NBCF every time someone ordered the Pink Menu. This is the third consecutive year that Sullivan's has supported breast cancer research.

The Pink Menu featured Sullivan's favorites such as the iceberg wedge salad, filet mignon, Cajun dusted salmon fillet with truffle-red pepper chili butter, horseradish mashed potatoes and bananas foster bread pudding. Guests also had the option to choose from two featured wines, Chandon Rose Brut or Terrazas de los Andes Malbec. One dollar from each glass, and five dollars from each bottle, was also donated to NBCF.
The National Breast Cancer Foundation is dedicated to saving lives of men and women affected by breast cancer by promoting early detection education, providing free mammograms and support services to those in need and supporting research programs nationally.
