MCLEAN, Va., Nov. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sunrise Senior Living (NYSE: SRZ) would like to thank the Exelon Corporation including Constellation, PECO and BGE, as well as Con Edison, Public Service Electric and Gas Company, Long Island Power Authority (LIPA), Jersey Central Power & Light, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp., Pepco and Dominion Virginia Power for their recent commitment to restore power in the areas hardest hit by Hurricane Sandy.

More than 90 Sunrise communities were impacted by the recent storm.
