Swanson Health Takes Home Top Industry Awards

FARGO, N.D. and CHICAGO, Oct. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- In the entertainment world, winning four major industry awards earns coveted EGOT status – Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony. In the wellness world, there's no EGOT status, but if there were – Swanson Health would be crushing it in 2018 by walking away with five top industry accolades and a prestigious award for employee culture.

Swanson Health, a leader in vitamins, supplements and wellness solutions for nearly five decades, was recently recognized for its innovative new products and exceptional customer service. Product honorees included a plant-based omega-3, joint health and eye health supplements, and customer service was recognized for remarkable social media and front-line service teams. Additionally, the Swanson's Chicago office was acknowledged as one of the city's "Best Places to Work."

Customer Care

Earlier this year, Swanson was awarded Best Social Media Customer Care by The International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) during the ICMI Contact Center Expo. The ICMI's Global Contact Center Awards recognize excellence in contact centers around the world. This validates Swanson's commitment to providing the best customer care, which is further supported by its high comparative Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 87 and Stella scores averaging 95¹.

Swanson also received the globally recognized Silver Stevie Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize organizations worldwide for their achievements in sales, customer service and call centers.
