As a tenured marketing professor during the first chapter of her professional career, Bari published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals. She holds bachelor, masters, and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Matt Oley has more than 8 years of merchant sales experience, most recently as head of sales at Seamless, where he oversaw growth in the online ordering network to more than 7,000 local merchant customers, earning Seamless recognition by the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 as the fastest growing Internet services company in North America.
