The presentation is part of the Time, Frequency and Resistance session on the show's last day, and will be centered on Symmetricom's recently redesigned Time Scale System using one clock. It incorporates advanced measurement, signal processing and algorithmic techniques to provide an automated solution suitable for national time keeping.

The International Congress on Electrical Metrology—SEMETRO—is devoted to topics related to electromagnetic measurements.
