CENTREVILLE, Md., Dec. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Residents of Symphony Village, the active-adult community in Centreville, now have access to a new emergency medical center located in nearby Queenstown, according to Jeff Caruso, president of Caruso Homes, Crofton, Md.
The Queen Anne's Emergency Center, a partnership between the University of Maryland Medical System, Shore Health System and Queen Anne's County, opened earlier this Fall. It is a full-service emergency center, open 24 hours a day, providing a full range of emergency medical services as well as diagnostic, imaging and laboratory services. It is staffed with board certified emergency physicians and nurses as well as medical technicians.
"This is a beautiful facility and the staff are experienced and caring medical professionals," said Caruso. "This is an important addition to the area and we're delighted and proud to have them as our neighbors."
The Queen Anne's Emergency Center is located at 115 Shoreway Drive, Queenstown, Md.
