Syncora Holdings Ltd. Announces Director Re-elections at Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
NEW YORK, July 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Syncora Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") today announced that, at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on July 23, 2012, Ms. Susan Comparato and Messrs Michal Esposito, Jr., E, Grant Gibbons and Robert White were re-elected to serve on the Company's Board of Directors. Each will serve as a Class III Director for a further three year term of office. The remaining items brought before shareholders relating to the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm were also approved. Finally, and pursuant to the Bermuda Companies Act 1981 and the Company's amended and restated bye-laws, the Company also presented its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2011.
